Privacy

Faroio is in private beta and run by an Estonian company. This page says plainly what is collected and why. It is short because very little is collected.

If you fill in a form

We store what you typed: email, optionally a Telegram handle, and your answers.

• Why: to reply to you and to understand who the product is for.
• Where: our own PostgreSQL on a server in the EU. No third-party CRM.
• How long: until you ask us to delete it.
• Shared with: nobody.

If you send us an export

Handled separately and described in full on what happens to your export. Short version: no card numbers, one run, deleted on request or after 90 days.

Analytics

We use Matomo on our own server — not Google, and the data does not leave our infrastructure.

• By default it runs without cookies. Pages viewed, referrer, rough location from IP.
• Cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner, and they do one thing: recognise a returning visit.
• Decline and nothing is stored in your browser. The page works the same.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no pixels, no remarketing.
• No selling or sharing of anything, to anyone.
• No automated decisions about you.
• No newsletter unless you ask for one.

Your data, your call

Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion — email hi@faroio.com and it is handled within a few days. No form, no account required. If you are in the EU and unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects you, the date above changes and anyone who sent us data gets an email. We do not quietly rewrite it.
